Requires the cannabis control board to provide notice to state legislative representatives upon receipt of application for an adult-use cannabis retail dispensary or on-site consumption license in their district.
Enacts the "9/11 notice act"; provides for notice to past and present employees of eligibility for the September eleventh victim compensation fund and the World Trade Center health program.
Permits a military spouse to practice an occupation upon submission of licensure, certification or registration to practice an equivalent occupation issued by any other state; provided the licensure standards are not lower than those of this state.
Prohibits the sale of covered license plate frames; defines a covered license plate frame to mean any glass or plastic material, artificial or synthetic material or substance that conceals or obscures a license plate or that distorts a recorded or photographic image of such license plate.
Requires all individuals pawning goods to present two forms of identification and for pawnbrokers to keep records of such person; requires pawnbrokers to report new goods within 24 hours of their receipt to the sheriff and they may not be sold or destroyed for 15 days; requires the sheriff to compile a list of goods stolen within the county.
Exempts certain parcels of land containing the Smith Opera House from licensing restrictions prohibiting manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of alcoholic beverages from sharing an interest in a licensed premises.
Relates to alcohol in certain motion picture theatres; authorizes a person holding a retail on-premises license for a movie theatre to allow the purchase of alcoholic beverages under certain circumstances.
Authorizes retail licenses to sell liquor for on-premises consumption at airline lounges located within an airport and owned, leased, or operated by a United States certified airline.
Relates to process servers; enacts provisions relating to issuance, renewal, suspension and revocation of a license to do business as a process server.
Requires a retail licensee for on-premises consumption to maintain and make available to customers, at no charge, a device which measures blood alcohol content.
