Relates to the denial of an application for a license to install, service or maintain security or fire alarm systems submitted by persons convicted of certain felonies; increases the period of a license suspension.
Permits a military spouse to practice an occupation upon submission of licensure, certification or registration to practice an equivalent occupation issued by any other state; provided the licensure standards are not lower than those of this state.

Requires the secretary of state to promulgate rules and regulations requiring that education and testing for cosmetologists or natural hair stylists include education and testing regarding the provision of services to individuals with all hair types and textures, including, but not limited to, various curl or wave patterns, hair strand thicknesses, and volumes of hair.

Requires private investigators to notify the state police when they are employed by a foreign government or foreign national; requires the state police to maintain a registry of all private investigators who have been employed by a foreign government or foreign national.
