Requires the commissioner of the office of parks, recreation and historic preservation to promulgate rules and regulations requiring the use of automatic license plate reader systems at all entrances and exits to state parks and to assist municipalities in establishing policies and procedures for similar use of such license plate readers.
Requires the installation and use of security camera systems at all entrances and exits of state parks in a manner to allow for the identification of the manufacturer, model and plate number of any vehicle entering and exiting any state park, historic site, campground or recreational facility.
