Requires the boards of trustees of SUNY and CUNY to adopt policies requiring institutions thereof to grant course credit to students who serve as election inspectors, poll clerks, or election coordinators.
Prohibits food or beverage service establishments that are part of a chain with fifteen or more locations nationally from implementing surge pricing; provides exceptions; imposes a penalty.
Requires the commissioner of motor vehicles to promulgate rules and regulations to require that every school bus be equipped with a stop-arm on each side of the bus regardless of seating capacity; prohibits the operation of a school bus on public highways without a functioning stop-arm on each side of such bus.

Prohibits the sale of bicycles with electric assist and electric scooters unless they are equipped with a fireproof battery container for the safe storage of the battery used as the principal electric power source.
Requires electronic benefit transfer systems to include automatic credit or debit card cancellation when fraudulent activity has been reported; directs that such cancellation shall occur as soon as the procedure for reporting fraudulent activity has been completed.
