Requires school meal nutritional facts and ingredient list be provided for meals provided to students before serving such meal; allows such information to be posted on the school district website; requires the school district to notify parents or guardians of any changes in the meals, the new nutritional facts, and the itemized list of ingredients.
Provides the NYC water board shall not establish a limit of less than six years to challenge any fee, rate, rent or other service charges for the use of or services furnished by the water board and/or sewerage systems.
Relates to a cost of living adjustment for designated human services programs for the purpose of establishing rates of payments; extends certain provisions; excludes food and energy.

Requires student onboarding and ongoing education on reproductive health services available to students including where the closest reproductive health clinics are located; all resources available to a student seeking reproductive health services including but not limited to financial assistance and mental health services and any reproductive health resources available to a student through the institution.
