CONRAD -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to funding early intervention services The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph (g) of subdivision 6 of section 2807-s of the 2 public health law, as added by chapter 820 of the laws of 2021, is 3 amended to read as follows: 4 (g) A further gross statewide amount for the state fiscal year two 5 thousand twenty-two and each state fiscal year thereafter shall be forty 6 million dollars; provided, however, for the state fiscal year two thou- 7 sand twenty-three, such gross statewide amount shall be increased eleven 8 percent. 9 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that 10 the amendments to section 2807-s of the public health law made by 11 section one of this act shall not affect the expiration of such section 12 and shall be deemed to expire therewith.
