Section 1 of a chapter of the laws of 2022 relating to 2 determining whether the state can claim federal financial participation 3 for coverage of and payment for certain prescription digital therapeu- 4 tics, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S. 559 and A. 3642, is 5 REPEALED. 6 § 2. This act shall take effect on the same date and in the same 7 manner as a chapter of the laws of 2022 relating to determining whether 8 the state can claim federal financial participation for coverage of and 9 payment for certain prescription digital therapeutics, as proposed in 10 legislative bills numbers S. 559 and A. 3642, takes effect.
