KELLES, MITAYNES, FAHY -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend the local finance law, in relation to providing a period of probable usefulness for broadband and related telecommunications infrastructure The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph a of section 11.00 of the local finance law is 2 amended by adding a new subdivision 109 to read as follows: 3 109. For acquisition, construction, or replacement of broadband and 4 related telecommunications infrastructure pursuant to section ninety- 5 nine-y of the general municipal law, ten years. 6 § 2.
