ANGELINO, DeSTEFANO, LEMONDES, McDONOUGH, MILLER, MORINELLO -- read once and referred to the Committee on Transportation AN ACT authorizing the town of New Berlin, county of Chenango, to reduce the maximum speed limit along a West Shore Road in such town to 15 miles per hour The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any general, special or local law or code 2 to the contrary, the town board of the town of New Berlin, Chenango 3 county, may by local law, ordinance, order, rule or regulation establish 4 maximum speed limits at not less than fifteen miles per hour along West 5 Shore Road within such town. 6 § 2.
