TAGUE -- read once and referred to the Committee on Education AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to school aid computer listings for school districts The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 21 of section 305 of the education law is 2 amended by adding a new paragraph f to read as follows: 3 f. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, in the event a school 4 aid computer listing has not been produced by the commissioner in 5 support of an executive budget request, the commissioner shall produce a 6 school aid computer listing based on updated current law estimates. 7 Such school aid computer listing shall be provided to school districts 8 no later than January thirty-first of each year in a manner approved by 9 the commissioner. 10 § 2.
