SANTABARBARA -- read once and referred to the Committee on Tourism, Parks, Arts and Sports Development AN ACT to require the state athletic commission to promulgate regu- lations for authorized combined professional and amateur mixed martial arts events The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. No later than June 30, 2023, the state athletic commission 2 shall promulgate regulations governing the conduct of authorized 3 combined professional and amateur mixed martial arts events. 4 § 2.
