Provides that it shall be unlawful for any person to organize, sponsor, conduct, promote, or participate in any contest, competition, tournament or derby where the objective of such contest or competition is to take wildlife.

WILDLIFE CD-KILLING CONTESTS
Authorizes students attending the Syracuse Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics high school, who participated in a high school athletic competition for a school district other than the Syracuse city school district in 7th and/or 8th grade, to be eligible for senior high school athletic competitions.

Directs the commissioner of education to promulgate and review as necessary rules and regulations requiring trustees and boards of education of schools with a robotics program to conduct interschool robotics competitions for grades nine through twelve equivalent to the interschool athletic competitions conducted by such schools.
