MORINELLO -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT relating to the dissolution of the Town of Niagara industrial development agency and the disposition of the assets thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the facilities 2 and operations of the Town of Niagara industrial development agency in 3 Niagara county, as established by chapter 73 of the laws of 1984, is 4 hereby dissolved. All unexpended funds, liabilities and property of the 5 Town of Niagara industrial development agency shall be transferred to 6 the Town of Niagara. 7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
