LUNSFORD -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Health AN ACT to amend the social services law, in relation to including care and services provided by a child advocacy center under standard cover- age for Medicaid recipients The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 365-a of the social services law 2 is amended by adding a new paragraph (kk) to read as follows: 3 (kk) care and services provided by a child advocacy center established 4 pursuant to section four hundred twenty-three-a of this chapter which is 5 licensed, certified, or otherwise authorized by the office of children 6 and family services. 7 § 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after 8 it shall have become a law. Effective immediately, the addition, amend- 9 ment, and/or repeal of any rule or regulation necessary for the imple- 10 mentation of this act on its effective date are authorized to be made 11 and completed on or before such effective date.
