Section 2557 of the public health law is amended by adding 2 a new subdivision 6 to read as follows: 3 6. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law or regulation, 4 for the rate year commencing July 1, 2024, the commissioner shall 5 provide for an eleven percent increase in the rates for approved costs 6 for in-person early intervention services rendered on or after such 7 date. 8 § 2.
