Section 2 of chapter 673 of the laws of 2005, amending the 2 insurance law relating to excess medical malpractice insurance, as 3 amended by chapter 99 of the laws of 2018, is amended to read as 4 follows: 5 § 2. This act shall take effect January 1, 2006 and shall expire and 6 be deemed repealed July 1, [2023] 2028. 7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
