Paragraph (d) of subdivision 4 of section 209 of the civil 2 service law, as amended by section 1 of part F of chapter 55 of the laws 3 of 2019, is amended to read as follows: 4 (d) The provisions of this subdivision shall expire July first, two 5 thousand [twenty-four] twenty-nine. 6 § 2. Paragraph (f) of subdivision 6 of section 209 of the civil 7 service law, as amended by section 2 of part F of chapter 55 of the laws 8 of 2019, is amended to read as follows: 9 (f) The provisions of this subdivision shall expire July first, two 10 thousand [twenty-four] twenty-nine. 11 § 3.
