Section 2 of chapter 670 of the laws of 2007 amending the 2 education law relating to directing the commissioner of education to 3 promulgate regulations limiting the engines of school vehicles to remain 4 idling while parked or standing on school grounds, as amended by chapter 5 49 of the laws of 2019, is amended to read as follows: 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed 7 repealed June 30, [2024] 2029. 8 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
