Section 2 of chapter 427 of the laws of 2017 amending the 2 state technology law relating to the creation of a state information 3 technology innovation center, as amended by section 1 of item AA of 4 subpart B of part XXX of chapter 58 of the laws of 2020, is amended to 5 read as follows: 6 § 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall 7 have become a law and shall expire and be deemed repealed June 30, 8 [2024] 2028. 9 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
