Establishes the affordable housing broadband assistance grant program within the division of broadband access to support no-cost and/or discounted subscriptions for households receiving federal, state, or local housing assistance or residing in housing units designated for low-income and/or vulnerable populations.
Enacts the "missing vulnerable veterans at risk program act" to establish a missing vulnerable veterans at risk program to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to the problem of missing vulnerable veterans at risk.
Authorizes the county of Ulster to establish an affordable housing fund to provide financial assistance to first-time homebuyers, production of affordable housing, emergency housing, or supportive housing for sale or rent, rehabilitation of existing buildings for conversion to affordable housing, emergency housing, or supportive housing, acquisition of interests in real property in existing housing units, and the provision of housing counseling services.
Establishes a five-year dental health demonstration project in the county of Monroe for the purpose of reimbursement to providers for eligible dental diagnostic services for certain eligible populations, including but not limited to pregnant persons and post-partum persons.
