Section 2 of chapter 368 of the laws of 2008, amending the 2 tax law relating to authorizing the county of Warren to impose an addi- 3 tional mortgage recording tax, as amended by section 1 of item M of 4 subpart E of part XXX of chapter 58 of the laws of 2020, is amended to 5 read as follows: 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be 7 deemed repealed December 1, [2023] 2025. 8 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
