PARKER -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Cities 1 AN ACT in relation to providing cooling tower credits The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Any hospital that was fully metered to the satisfaction of 2 the city of New York department of environmental protection within the 3 previous five years shall be eligible for wastewater allowances during 4 that period. The city shall calculate and grant such allowances for the 5 eligible period and issue cooling tower credits, if applicable. 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
