Requires the administration for children's services and New York city public school employees provide a verbal and written warning to students of such student's right to refuse an interview and right to have a supportive adult during the interview.
Defines mental health practitioners with diagnostic authority for the purposes of providing services under the workers' compensation law; includes such practitioners as providers.
Directs the office of children and family services to establish an outdoor, nature-based child care program to allow for the operation of licensed outdoor, nature-based child care classrooms which provide early learning services for preschool or school-age children in an outdoor space and that employ a curriculum with nature to teach enrolled children.
Expands the use of body scanners to facilities operated by the office of mental health, the office for people with developmental disabilities and the office of children and family services; establishes alternative methods of screening.
