Paragraph (f) of subdivision 4 of section 376-a of the 2 executive law, as amended by chapter 468 of the laws of 2017, is amended 3 to read as follows: 4 (f) [Cause studies and surveys to be made relating] Direct the depart- 5 ment to use remote training programs using videos, computers, or other 6 similar technologies to effectuate the completion or partial completion 7 of [training programs by video or computer] all initial and in-service 8 training requirements required by this section to the maximum extent 9 practicable; 10 § 2.
