ASHBY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules AN ACT to amend the penal law, in relation to grand larceny in the fourth degree The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 155.30 of the penal law is amended by adding a new 2 subdivision 12 to read as follows: 3 12. The person has been previously convicted of petit larceny as 4 defined in section 155.25 of this article two times within any three 5 month period or three times within any twelve month period. 6 § 2.
