GLICK, SEAWRIGHT, STECK -- read once and referred to the Committee on Governmental Operations AN ACT to amend the state law, in relation to designating Lactarius peckii as the official state fungus of the state The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The state law is amended by adding a new section 93 to read 2 as follows: 3 § 93. State fungus. The Lactarius peckii shall be the official state 4 fungus of the state. 5 § 2.
