Requires that all public housing contracts entered into by the division of housing and community renewal and municipal housing authorities be disclosed on the division of housing and community renewal's website so that such public housing contracts are available to the public.
Prohibits the collecting of information of historical or contemporaneous prices, supply levels, or lease or rental contract termination and renewal dates of residential dwelling units from two or more rental property owners for purposes of analyzing or processing of such information using an algorithm and of recommending rental prices, lease renewal terms, or ideal occupancy levels to a rental property owner.
Requires local boards and the division of housing and community renewal to submit certain residential housing and zoning information to the department of state annually; requires such information to be published by the department of state on its website.
