Section 2 of chapter 769 of the laws of 2023, amending the 2 public health law relating to the adult cystic fibrosis assistance 3 program, as amended by section 14 of part B of chapter 57 of the laws of 4 2024, is amended to read as follows: 5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire March 31, 6 [2025] 2030 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be 7 deemed repealed. 8 § 2.
