BURKE -- read once and referred to the Committee on Judiciary AN ACT to amend the judiciary law, in relation to district attorney ethics guidelines The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The judiciary law is amended by adding a new section 90-a 2 to read as follows: 3 § 90-a. District attorney ethics guidelines. District attorney ethics 4 guidelines, as published in the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, 5 22 NYCRR 1200, shall be exclusively based on guidelines set by the New 6 York state bar association. 7 § 2.
