Authorizes certain military personnel who are scheduled to be deployed within thirty days to get married within twenty-four hours of receiving a marriage license.
Provides that an applicant for a one-day marriage officiant license must apply for such license in the same town or city clerk's office that issued the marriage license for the couple to be married.
Requires cats and dogs who are neutered or spayed by a veterinarian to be held for twenty-four hours after the procedure to monitor for adverse effects and to undergo a follow-up exam within twenty-four hours after such procedure by a duly licensed veterinarian.
Provides for the issuance of free hunting, fishing and trapping licenses to persons who are active or reserve members of the armed forces or the organized militia, and to honorably discharged veterans thereof who have ten or more years of military service.
Provides a waiver for the nursing home ninety percent occupancy calculation for periods where there is a state disaster emergency affecting occupancy, and for two thousand twenty and two thousand twenty-one specifically.
