Subdivision 2 of chapter 468 of the laws of 2022, amending 2 the tax law relating to authorizing the imposition of an occupancy tax 3 in the village of Briarcliff Manor, is amended to read as follows: 4 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire December 5 31, [2025] 2027, when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be 6 deemed repealed. 7 § 2.
