Paragraphs q and r of subdivision 1 of section 1399-o of 2 the public health law, as amended by chapter 335 of the laws of 2017, 3 are amended and a new paragraph s is added to read as follows: 4 q. zoos; [and] 5 r. bingo facilities[.]; and 6 s. individual units in all multi-unit housing facilities. 7 § 2.
