Section 2 of part P of chapter 39 of the laws of 2019, 2 amending the public authorities law relating to the acquisition and 3 disposition of real property, as amended by chapter 278 of the laws of 4 2022, is amended to read as follows: 5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided that section one 6 of this act shall be deemed repealed [<B><S>six years after such effective</S></B> 7 <B><S>date</S></B>] <B><U>June 24, 2030</U></B>, provided that any condemnation proceedings in proc- 8 ess at the time of repeal shall not be affected by such repeal. 9 § 2.
