2653 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2854 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O .S. 2011, Section 3-107, is
2955 amended to read as follows:

3156 Section 3-107. The State Superintendent of Public Instruction
3257 is hereby authorized to administer oaths. Upon proper request, the
3358 State Superintendent shall advise school district superintendents
3459 and technology center school district superintende nts on questions
3560 as to the powers, duties and functions of school district officials ,
3661 and each two (2) years shall cause to be compiled, published and
3762 distributed to boards of education and other public offici als as
3863 deemed necessary the school laws in forc e. The school laws shall
3964 include court decisions, Attorney General 's opinions and other

4092 informative matter relating to the school laws as deemed
4193 appropriate. The State Superintendent shall have control of an d
4294 direct the State Department of Education and shall perform any other
4395 duties pertaining to the public school system as shall be prescribed
4496 by law or the State Board of Education. The State Superintendent
