5050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5151 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5252 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1 -506.1 of Title 63, unless
5353 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5454 A. No person shall be required to receive any vaccine as a
5555 condition of his or her public or private employment.
5656 B. The State Legislature hereby preempts any employment-related
5757 vaccination mandate enacted by any agency, board, or commission with
5858 rulemaking authority or by any ordinance enacted by any political
5959 subdivision of the state, including, but not limited to, counties,
6060 cities, towns, and municipalities.
