42	42	employment; preempting certain rules and ord inances;
43	43	providing for codification; and providing an

50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	52	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1 -506.1 of Title 63, unless
53	53	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	54	A. No person shall be required to receive any vaccine as a
55	55	condition of his or her public or private employment.
56	56	B. The State Legislature hereby preempts any employment-related
57	57	vaccination mandate enacted by any agency, board, or commission with
58	58	rulemaking authority or by any ordinance enacted by any political
59	59	subdivision of the state, including, but not limited to, counties,
60	60	cities, towns, and municipalities.
