| 52 | 52 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

| 53 | 53 | | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2011, Section 840 -5.15, is |

| 54 | 54 | | amended to read as follows: |

| 55 | 55 | | Section 840-5.15 A. The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall be |

| 56 | 56 | | under the Merit System. Except as otherwise provided in subsection |

| 57 | 57 | | B of this section, all offices, positions and personnel shall be |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | classified and subject to the provisi ons of the Merit System of |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | Personnel Administration and rules promulgated pursuant thereto. |

| 60 | 60 | | This section shall supersede and repeal any and all executive orders |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | issued pursuant to the Oklahoma Personnel Act to place the agency or |

| 62 | 62 | | its predecessors under th e Merit System. |
