41	41	An Act relating to public health; requiring vaccine
42	42	designers or manufacturers to provide certain
43	43	information; requiring health care providers to
44	44	notify patients of certain vaccine contents;
45	45	providing for codification; and providing an

52	52	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	53	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be co dified
54	54	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1 -1432 of Title 63, unless there
55	55	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	56	In addition to complying with any labeling requirements imposed
57	57	by this title, any designer or manufacturer of a vaccine sh all
58	58	notify distributors, retailers, and health care providers if the
59	59	vaccine contains human parts, animal parts, metals in any quantity,
60	60	tracking devices, or any DNA -altering properties. Any health care
61	61	provider inoculating a patient with any such vaccine shall notify
62	62	the patient of the contents described herein.
