5252 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5353 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be co dified
5454 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1 -1432 of Title 63, unless there
5555 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5656 In addition to complying with any labeling requirements imposed
5757 by this title, any designer or manufacturer of a vaccine sh all
5858 notify distributors, retailers, and health care providers if the
5959 vaccine contains human parts, animal parts, metals in any quantity,
6060 tracking devices, or any DNA -altering properties. Any health care
6161 provider inoculating a patient with any such vaccine shall notify
6262 the patient of the contents described herein.
