AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to property; enacting the Oklahoma
Landlord and Tenant Act of 2021, providing for
noncodification, and providing an effec tive date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known as and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Landlord and Tenant Act of 2021 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
