2656 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 22 O.S. 2011, Section 1402, as
2757 amended by Section 1, Chapter 234, O.S.L. 2013 (22 O.S. Supp. 2020,
2858 Section 1402), is amended to read as follows:

310547 13. "Unlawful debt" means any money or other thing of value
311548 constituting principal or interest of a debt that is unenforceable
312549 in the courts of Oklahoma, because the debt was incurred or
