50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new s ection of law to be codified
52	52	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1385 of Title 74, unless there
53	53	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	54	A. For the purpose of this section, "agency" means any agency,
55	55	board, commission, department or office of the executive branch.
56	56	B. Beginning November 1, 2021, agencies may adopt policies
57	57	permitting employees to use administrative leave pursuant to Section
58	58	840-2.20 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the additional
59	59	purposes of physical fitness and wel lness. Such leave shall not be
60	60	charged to annual or sick leave accumulations.
61	61	C. Eligibility to participate under the provisions of this
62	62	section shall be limited to those full -time classified employees and

89	89	regular unclassified employees who meet standard s as established in
90	90	rules promulgated pursuant to this section and have received
91	91	approval from their respective agency director or designee.
92	92	D. The administrative leave authorized by this section shall be
93	93	limited to no more than three (3) hours per week.
94	94	E. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
95	95	Services shall promulgate rules as necessary to implement the
96	96	provisions of this section.
97	97	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
