5050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5151 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new s ection of law to be codified
5252 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1385 of Title 74, unless there
5353 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5454 A. For the purpose of this section, "agency" means any agency,
5555 board, commission, department or office of the executive branch.
5656 B. Beginning November 1, 2021, agencies may adopt policies
5757 permitting employees to use administrative leave pursuant to Section
5858 840-2.20 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes for the additional
5959 purposes of physical fitness and wel lness. Such leave shall not be
6060 charged to annual or sick leave accumulations.
6161 C. Eligibility to participate under the provisions of this
6262 section shall be limited to those full -time classified employees and

8989 regular unclassified employees who meet standard s as established in
9090 rules promulgated pursuant to this section and have received
9191 approval from their respective agency director or designee.
9292 D. The administrative leave authorized by this section shall be
9393 limited to no more than three (3) hours per week.
9494 E. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
9595 Services shall promulgate rules as necessary to implement the
9696 provisions of this section.
9797 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
