2455 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2656 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 82 O.S. 2011, Section 1020.21, is
2757 amended to read as follows:

2958 Section 1020.21 A municipality has the authority to regulate or
3059 permit the drilling of domestic and industrial water wells within
3160 its corporate limits. A municipality may use the water all ocated to
3261 the platted land within its corporate limits provided the
3362 municipality can make water available to the platted land, and a
3463 permit therefor is obtained from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board,
3564 and the wells are. Wells may be located not less than six hundred
