24	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

26	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 82 O.S. 2011, Section 1020.21, is
27	57		amended to read as follows:

29	58		Section 1020.21 A municipality has the authority to regulate or
30	59		permit the drilling of domestic and industrial water wells within
31	60		its corporate limits. A municipality may use the water all ocated to
32	61		the platted land within its corporate limits provided the
33	62		municipality can make water available to the platted land, and a
34	63		permit therefor is obtained from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board,
35	64		and the wells are. Wells may be located not less than six hundred
