35	65		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

37	66		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
38	67		in the Oklahoma Statut es as Section 51.4 of Title 74, unless there
39	68		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

41	69		A. The State of Oklahoma shall establish a program to provide
42	70		financial assistance for funeral e xpenses of members of the state

44	99		active duty orders. For purposes of this section, the terms "state
45	100		military forces" and "state active duty" shall have the same
46		-	definition as provided ~~i n Section~~ 801 of Title 44 of the Oklahoma ~~ENR. H. B. NO. 2374 Page 2~~
	101	+	definition as provided in S ection 801 of Title 44 of the Oklahoma
47	102		Statutes. The program shall provide reimbursement of the funeral
48	103		expenses for any eligible member of the state military forces as
49	104		determined in accordance with this section by the Director of the
50	105		Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management. The reimbursement
51	106		shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).

53	107		B. The Director or his or her designee shall determine whether
54	108		the deceased member meets eligibility criteria for the program, make
55	109		final approval of all reimb ursement applications and disburse funds.
56	110		Reimbursement funds shall be paid from the Oklahoma Homeland
57	111		Security Revolving Fund. Regulations and application processes for
58	112		the implementation of this program shall be promulgated by the
59	113		Director.

61	114		SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2011, Sectio n 51.2, as
62	115		amended by Section 701, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (74 O.S. Supp.
63	116		2020, Section 51.2), is amended to read as follows:

65		-	Section 51.2 A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury

73	151		1. Reimbursements from responsible parties for reasonable
74	152		actions taken and costs incurred by a regional team in response to
75	153		an incident or event involvin g a dangerous substance;

77	154		2. Reimbursements, grants, or ot her monies received from other
78	155		state agencies and entities of state government;

80	156		3. Reimbursements, grants, or other monies received by the
81	157		Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security or the Department of Public
82	158		Safety from the United States government or pursuan t to proceedings
83	159		in district court to enforce claims initiated pursuant to the
84	160		Oklahoma Homeland Security Act or the Oklahoma Emergency Response
85	161		Act;

87	162		4. Gifts, donations, and bequests;

89	163		5. Monies appropriated or apportioned by the state; and

91	164		6. Receipts from other ancillary services related to incidents
92	165		or events related to dangerous substances, not otherwise provided by
93	166		law.

95	167		B. All monies accruing to the credit of the Oklahoma Homeland
96	168		Security Revolving Fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted
97	169		and expended by the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security for:
