48 | 59 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
49 | 60 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
50 | 61 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 11 -103.7a of Title 70, unless | |
51 | 62 | there is created a duplication in nu mbering, reads as follows: | |
52 | 63 | A. As used in this section, "social -emotional learning" is the | |
53 | 64 | process through which children and adults understand and manage | |
54 | 65 | emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for | |
55 | 66 | others, establish and maintain po sitive relationships and make | |
