Garvin of the Senate
An Act relating to counties and county officers;
recodifying 2 O.S. 2011, Sections 15 -21, 15-22, 15-
23, 15-24, 15-25, 15-26, 15-27, 15-28, 15-29, 15-30,
15-31 and 15-32, which relate to free district fairs;
and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -21,
shall be recodified as Section 491 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 2. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -22,
shall be recodified as Section 492 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is cr eated a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 3. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -23,
shall be recodified as Section 493 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 4. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -24,
shall be recodified as Section 494 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.

SECTION 5. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 1 5-25,
shall be recodified as Section 495 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 6. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -26,
shall be recodified as Section 496 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 7. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -27,
shall be recodified as Section 497 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a d uplication in numbering.
SECTION 8. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -28,
shall be recodified as Section 498 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 9. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -29,
shall be recodified as Section 499 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 10. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -30,
shall be recodified as Section 500 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 11. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -31,
shall be recodified as Section 501 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
SECTION 12. RECODIFICATION 2 O.S. 2011, Section 15 -32,
shall be recodified as Section 502 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplicatio n in numbering.

SECTION 13. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021 .
