50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	52	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2301 of Title 70, unless there
53	53	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	54	A. A state educational institution within T he Oklahoma State
55	55	System of Higher Education shall remove all questions from
56	56	scholarship and enrollment application s which identify the
57	57	applicant's gender, race or ethnic group .
58	58	B. As used in this section, "state educational institution "
59	59	means any public institution supported wholly or in part by direct
60	60	legislative appropriations and offering courses of education of any
61	61	kind beyond or in ad dition to the twelfth grade, or its equivalent,
62	62	as such grade is generally understood and accepted in the public

91	91	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
