9999 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
100100 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.308 of Title 69, unless
101101 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
102102 The bridge over Elk Creek on State Highway 9 located
103103 approximately one (1) mile west of Hobart in Kiowa County shall be
104104 designated as the "WWII Doolittle Raider – Bombardier Sgt. Robert
105105 James "R.J." Stephens Memorial Bridge". The Department of
106106 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
107107 name to be placed on the bridge.
108108 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
109109 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.309 of Title 69, unless
110110 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
111111 The bridge over Flat Cr eek on State Highway 34 located
112112 approximately one-half (0.5) mile north of West Madison Avenue near
113113 the town of Carter in Beckham County shall be designated as the
114114 "Keith N. Cantrell, PFC U.S. Army Memorial Bridge". The Department
115115 of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing
116116 that name to be placed on the bridge.
117117 SECTION 3. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
118118 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.310 of Title 69, unless
119119 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
120120 The section of State Highway 82 beginning at the intersection of
121121 U.S. Highway 62 and extending southeasterly to the intersection of

157157 County shall be designated as the "Stiles Brothers Vietnam Veteran
158158 Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause
159159 suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the
160160 bridge.

162162 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.312 of Title 69, unless
163163 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
164164 The section of U.S. Highway 69 in Ottawa County beginning at the
165165 intersection of Newman Road then extending nor th to the intersection
166166 of Commerce Street in the City of Commerce shall be designated as
167167 "South Mickey Mantle Boulevard". The Department of Transportation
168168 shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be
169169 placed on the highway .

200200 extending north three (3) miles in Payne County shall be designated
201201 as the "Terry L. Hoggatt Memorial Highway". The Department of
202202 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that

204204 SECTION 7. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
205205 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.314 of Title 69, unless
206206 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
207207 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bridge over
208208 South 129th Avenue on State Highway 51, also known as the Broken
209209 Arrow Expressway, in Broken Arrow, Tulsa County , shall be designated
210210 as the "Jennifer McClendon Memorial Bridge". The Department of
211211 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
212212 name to be placed on the bridge.
213213 SECTION 8. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
214214 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.315 of Title 69, unless
215215 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
216216 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bridge over Lee
217217 Boulevard on Interstate 44 in the City of Lawton in Comanche County
218218 shall be designated as the "Major Charles E. Stiles Memorial
219219 Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
220220 permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.

261261 located three-tenths (0.3) of a mile east of the H.E. Bailey
262262 Turnpike near Chickasha in Grad y County shall be designated as the
263263 "Ada Lois Sipuel Fisher Memorial Bridge". The Department of
264264 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
265265 name to be placed on the bridge.

304304 The section of the U.S. Highway 70 Bypass beginning just south
305305 of U.S. 70 and extending south and west to the intersection of
306306 McLean Drive on the west side of the city of Durant in Bryan County
307307 shall be designated as the "Deputy Jarid Taylor Memorial Highway".
308308 The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent
309309 markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.

313313 The section of State Highway 78 beginning just north of the
314314 intersection of State Highway 22 extending northwesterly to the
315315 eastern municipal limits of Milburn in Johnston County shall be
316316 designated as the "USAF Capt. Nick Karpis Vietnam Veteran Memorial
317317 Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
318318 permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.

347347 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
348348 The section of State Highway 7 beginning at the north municipal
349349 limits of Mill Creek in Johnston County then extending northerly to
350350 the Murray County line shall be designated as the "Sgt. Clyde Runyan
351351 Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause
352352 suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the
353353 highway.
354354 SECTION 15. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
355355 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.3 22 of Title 69, unless
356356 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
357357 The causeway over Old Spiro Lake on State Highway 9 in LeFlore
358358 County shall be designated as the "Sgt. Major Marvail Lewis Memorial
359359 Causeway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
360360 permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the causeway.

362362 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.32 3 of Title 69, unless

364364 The section of U.S. Highway 64 beginning at the intersection of

366366 Street in Muskogee County shall be designated as the "County

399399 The section of State Highway 20 beginning at the intersection of
400400 U.S. Highway 75 extending east two (2) miles to the intersection of
401401 N. Memorial Road in Tulsa County shall be designated as the "PFC
402402 Richard Tafoya Gurule Memorial Highway ". The Department of
403403 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
404404 name to be placed on the highway.
405405 SECTION 18. AMENDATORY Section 11, Chapter 369, O.S.L.
406406 2019 (69 O.S. Supp. 2016, Section 1698.296), is amended to read as
407407 follows:
408408 Section 1698.296 The section of U.S. Highway 64 Business
409409 beginning at West 23rd Street South extending north to the
410410 intersection of West Sou thside Blvd. in the City of Muskogee in
411411 Muskogee County shall be designated as the "Councilwoman Avalon
412412 Reese Reece Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation
413413 shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be
414414 placed on the highway.
415415 SECTION 19. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
