102	102	The bridge over Elk Creek on State Highway 9 located
103	103	approximately one (1) mile west of Hobart in Kiowa County shall be
104	104	designated as the "WWII Doolittle Raider – Bombardier Sgt. Robert
105	105	James "R.J." Stephens Memorial Bridge". The Department of
106	106	Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
107	107	name to be placed on the bridge.

109	109	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.309 of Title 69, unless
110	110	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
111	111	The bridge over Flat Cr eek on State Highway 34 located
112	112	approximately one-half (0.5) mile north of West Madison Avenue near
113	113	the town of Carter in Beckham County shall be designated as the
114	114	"Keith N. Cantrell, PFC U.S. Army Memorial Bridge". The Department
115	115	of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing
116	116	that name to be placed on the bridge.

164	164	The section of U.S. Highway 69 in Ottawa County beginning at the
165	165	intersection of Newman Road then extending nor th to the intersection
166	166	of Commerce Street in the City of Commerce shall be designated as
167	167	"South Mickey Mantle Boulevard". The Department of Transportation
168	168	shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be
169	169	placed on the highway .

210	210	as the "Jennifer McClendon Memorial Bridge". The Department of
211	211	Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
212	212	name to be placed on the bridge.

406	406	2019 (69 O.S. Supp. 2016, Section 1698.296), is amended to read as

408	408	Section 1698.296 The section of U.S. Highway 64 Business
409	409	beginning at West 23rd Street South extending north to the
410	410	intersection of West Sou thside Blvd. in the City of Muskogee in
411	411	Muskogee County shall be designated as the "Councilwoman Avalon
412	412	Reese Reece Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation
413	413	shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be
414	414	placed on the highway.
415	415	SECTION 19. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
