HOUSE BILL 2688 By: Hasenbeck
AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to animals; repealing Section 11,
Chapter 302, O.S.L. 2012 (4 O.S. Supp. 202 0, Section
30.11), which relates to the Commercial Pet Breeders
and Animal Shelter Licensing Act; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER Section 11, Ch apter 302, O.S.L. 2012
(4 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section 30.11), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
