26	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	53		SECTION 1. From the funds appropriated to the Oklah oma
29	54		Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry in Enrolled House Bill
30	55		No. 2900 of the 1st Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the
31	56		sum of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) shall, under the
32	57		direction of the Commissioner of Agriculture, be alloca ted to the
33	58		Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

35	59		SECTION 2. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
36	60		Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry in Enrolled House Bill
37	61		No. 2900 of the 1st Session of the 58th Oklah oma Legislature, the
38	62		sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) shall, under the
39	63		direction of the Commissioner of Agriculture, be allocated to the

43	92		SECTION 3. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
44	93		Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry in Enrolled House Bill
45	94		No. 2900 of the 1st Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the

52	100		Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry in Enrolled House Bill
53	101		No. 2900 of the 1st Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the
54	102		sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) shall, under
55	103		the direction of the Commissioner of Agriculture, be alloc ated for
56	104		facility improvements needed for cattle stock shows.

58	105		SECTION 5. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma
59	106		Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry in Enrolled House Bill
60	107		No. 2900 of the 1st Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legi slature, the
61	108		sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) shall, under the
62		-	direction of the Commission er of Agriculture, be allocated to hire

68	140		the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 (hereafter FY -22) or may be
69	141		budgeted for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2 023 (hereafter FY-23).
70	142		Funds budgeted for FY -22 may be encumbered only through June 30,
71	143		2022, and must be expended by November 15, 2022. Any funds
72	144		remaining after November 15, 2022, and not budgeted for FY -23, shall
73	145		lapse to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal
74	146		year. Funds budgeted for FY -23 may be encumbered only through June
75	147		30, 2023. Any funds remaining after November 15, 2023, shall lapse
76	148		to the credit of the proper fund for the then current fiscal year.
77	149		These appropriations ma y not be budgeted in both fiscal years
78	150		simultaneously. Funds budgeted in FY -22, and not required to pay
79	151		obligations for that fiscal year, may be budgeted for FY -23, after
80	152		the agency to which the funds have been appropriated has prepared
81	153		and submitted a budget work program revision removing these funds
82	154		from the FY-22 budget work program and after such revision has been
83	155		approved by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
