28	54		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

30	55		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
31	56		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 510A of Title 57, unless there
32	57		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

34	58		There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
35	59		for the Department of Corrections to be designated the "Department
36	60		of Corrections Offender Management System Revolving Fund". The fund
37	61		shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,
38	62		and shall consist of all monies directed for deposit by law. All
39	63		monies accruing to the credit of sai d fund are hereby appropriated
40	64		and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of Corrections

42	92		management system. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon
43	93		warrants issued by the State T reasurer against claims filed as
44	94		prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
45	95		Enterprise Services for approval and payment.

47	96		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
48	97		of the public peace, health o r safety, an emergency is hereby
49	98		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
50	99		be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
