25	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE S TATE OF OKLAHOMA:
	51	+	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
	52	+	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
	53	+	From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma Wate r Resources
	54	+	Board in Section 110 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 10 40 of the 2nd
	55	+	Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of Three Million
	56	+	Dollars ($3,000,000.00) shall be allocated to the Emergency Drought
	57	+	Relief Fund created pursuant to Section 2250 of Title 27A of the
	58	+	Oklahoma Statutes.

27		-	SECTION 1. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma Wate r
28		-	Resources Board in Section 110 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 10 40 of
29		-	the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, the sum of Three
